Terms and Conditions
All Star Summer Camps / BBKA / All Star Kids Karate
Effective Date: 1/1/2026
Welcome to All Star Summer Camps, BBKA, and All Star Kids Karate (collectively referred to as “All Star,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By registering your child for any program, camp, event, or activity, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Registration & Enrollment
Registration is not complete until all required forms are submitted and payment arrangements are confirmed.
Spots are limited and secured on a first-come, first-served basis.
We reserve the right to refuse or revoke enrollment at our discretion.
2. Payment Terms
All registration fees are non-refundable after April 30th.
Payment plans must remain current.
Failure to complete scheduled payments may result in loss of reserved camp weeks.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Early bird discounts expire on the advertised deadline.
3. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Registration fees are non-refundable after April 30th
Weekly tuition is Non refundable once payment are made.
No refunds will be issued for missed days due to illness, vacation, or personal scheduling conflicts.
In the event of program cancellation by All Star, a credit or refund will be issued.
4. Camp Schedule & Hours
Camp hours are 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
Late pickup may result in additional fees.
We reserve the right to modify schedules, field trips, or activities due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.
5. Field Trips & Off-Site Activities
Parents/guardians grant permission for their child to participate in scheduled field trips and off-site activities, including but not limited to:
Woodcrest Swim Club
Johnson’s Farm
Local movie theaters
The Zoo
Adventure Park
Other approved destinations
Transportation may be provided by bus.
Parents acknowledge that participation in field trips involves inherent risks.
6. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver
Participation in martial arts training, physical activities, sports, swimming, playground activities, and field trips involves inherent risks.
By enrolling your child, you:
Acknowledge and accept these risks.
Release and hold harmless All Star Summer Camps, BBKA, All Star Kids Karate, its owners, instructors, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any liability for injuries, damages, or losses except in cases of gross negligence.
Parents assume full responsibility for medical expenses resulting from participation.
7. Medical Authorization
In the event of an emergency, All Star staff is authorized to seek medical treatment for your child. Parents/guardians are financially responsible for all medical costs.
Parents must disclose all allergies, medical conditions, medications, and special needs prior to participation.
8. Behavior & Discipline Policy
All Star maintains a zero-tolerance policy for:
Physical aggression
Bullying
Disrespectful behavior
Destruction of property
Unsafe conduct
We reserve the right to dismiss any child whose behavior jeopardizes the safety or experience of others. No refunds will be issued for dismissals due to behavioral issues.
9. Photo & Media Release
By enrolling your child, you grant All Star permission to use photographs, videos, and recordings of your child for marketing, promotional, social media, and website purposes without compensation.
If you do not wish to grant media permission, written notice must be submitted prior to participation.
10. Health & Safety
Parents agree not to send their child to camp while sick or contagious.
All Star reserves the right to send a child home if they display symptoms of illness.
Health policies may be updated in accordance with local or state guidelines.
11. Personal Property
All Star is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. Please label all belongings.
12. Website & Online Registration
By using our website or online registration system, you agree that:
All information provided is accurate and complete.
You will not misuse the website or submit false information.
Electronic signatures are legally binding.
13. Modification of Terms
All Star reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located within the State of New Jersey.
